So in December, I said a lot. There was big news about how my husband and I are ending our marri\age.
And that’s still happening of course. I came to tell you all some updates about it, about the changes coming to my life, and such.
Like I’m moving in early March! Yes, I am leaving the desert of Arizona and heading to the beaches of Florida. I will say it’s northern Florida and I won’t live directly in a flood zone, but I won’t tell you more than that for right now. There’s a lot to be said about Florida, and we’re going to ignore all of it for now because… I’m going to live down the street (literally, no car needed) from one of my closest friends, Erika! You know Erika! Erika helps me with audiobooks, she’s posted a couple of blogs here to keep stuff happening, and so much more. I can’t tell you how excited I am to live near someone so dear to me, someone so necessary in my life, and someone who supports my work so much.
Now, moving sucks. Since the blog post in December, I’ve secured a residence(I bought a place, so all of those things happened), begun packing, and so much more. It’s been a busy month and a half since my last blog, for sure. I’m taking 2 cats and 2 corgis with me, the corgis are going to drive with me, the cats are going to fly cross country after I get there. I’m trying to make it fast and smooth for the cats specifically. The corgis will probably have fun on the cross country drive.
So yeah, big changes are happening for me. I’m really stoked. With the closing of one chapter in my life, there is a new one opening.
I’m excited to see what it has in store.

Oh that’s a fantastic update! And of course now you are only a few hours from me! So bonus! 😂😂. Seriously though I just hope you find do calm and peaceful in this new venture.

I am glad things are moving in the right direction for you. I am sure the supernaturals in Arizona will miss you 🤭 I wonder if now you move to Florida we’ll see some supernatural species from that part of the country in upcoming books.
have fun in the road-trip with the Corgis. I am sure they will have fun. I hope the cats don’t stress too much with the move. They tend to e more sensitive than dogs.
That’s exactly why they are flying, too. Make it a one day event instead of a 4-5 day event. They’ll be on meds from the trip as well to hopefully keep their anxiety low and let them sleep through most of it.
